Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and who processes it on our behalf.

Who we are

This website is operated by Auracle Edge, a business operated by Kishan Kumar Gullaiya, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us").

What we collect

We only collect data you actively give us, plus limited analytics.

  • Contact form: name, email, and optionally company, website or social handle, service interest, budget range and your project description.
  • Newsletter: email address and optionally a first name.
  • Analytics: anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and approximate region. IP anonymisation is enabled.
  • Server logs: IP address and request metadata, retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect special-category data, and we do not ask for payment card details on this site — card data is handled entirely by our payment processor.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries you send us (our legitimate interest in replying to you).
  • To send THE EDGE newsletter, where you have given explicit consent.
  • To understand aggregate site usage and improve the site.
  • To prevent spam and abuse of our forms.

Processors we use

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site:

  • Vercel — website hosting and server logs.
  • Resend — delivery of contact-form notification emails.
  • Brevo — newsletter list management and sending.
  • Google Analytics — privacy-configured usage analytics.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection on forms.
  • Razorpay — payment processing, where you choose to pay.

Each processor handles data under its own terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while a commercial relationship is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for a short operational period.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop using it for marketing. Every newsletter email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
