Agreement
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Services are supplied by Auracle Edge, a business operated by Kishan Kumar Gullaiya, based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India ("we", "us").
Services
We design and produce AI-generated personas and associated content. The precise scope, deliverable volume, revision allowance and timeline for any engagement is set out in the plan you purchase or in a written proposal, which takes precedence over any general description on this site.
Figures shown on this site describing volumes or turnaround are indicative of the plan purchased and are not a guarantee of any commercial outcome.
No performance guarantee
We do not guarantee any specific level of audience growth, engagement, reach, follower count or revenue. Social platform outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and policy changes.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of material you supply, for holding the rights to any brand assets you give us, and for ensuring your use of delivered content complies with the rules of the platforms you publish on and with applicable advertising law — including disclosure of synthetic media where required.
Intellectual property and licensing
Ownership of a commissioned persona and its delivered content transfers to you on full payment, unless your written proposal states otherwise. Until payment is complete, we retain all rights.
The Auracle Edge name, logo, this website and our demonstration persona 'Aurora' remain our property and are not included in any client deliverable.
Underlying models, tools and pipelines used in production are licensed to us and are not transferred.
Payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes. Retainer plans bill in advance for the stated period. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
Cancellation
Monthly plans may be cancelled with effect from the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy for what happens to amounts already paid.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost audience.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction.
